AI Watermark Eraser is designed for local-first privacy. Your text and files are processed directly in your browser on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit your content to our servers.

Data we collect

We do not collect personal data, usage analytics, or the content you process. There are no accounts and no server-side storage of your text or files.

Local processing

Processing happens in-memory in your browser. Closing or refreshing the page clears your session. You remain in control of your content at all times.

Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data because we do not collect it. Your content stays on your device.

Security

Since content is processed locally, it is not transmitted to our servers. This reduces exposure risk and keeps your data private by design.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the service works, we will update this page to reflect those changes.

Analytics & third-party scripts

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymized page-view data — pages visited, referrer, country, and device type. This data never includes your text or uploaded files. Optionally, Plausible and Fathom (privacy-focused, cookieless analytics) may also be active. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Cookies

The only cookies set by this site come from Google Analytics. We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or browser fingerprinting. Cookies are never used to store or access your text content.

Your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK, or California (CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Because we do not collect your content or personally identifiable information, the only data that may exist is anonymized analytics metadata. To stop analytics collection entirely, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or enable Do Not Track in your browser settings.
